Decadent bourbon-infused dip, perfect for dipping chicken fries or chips.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 0.25 cup bourbon
  • 1 (.87 ounce) package McCormick® Onion Gravy Mix
  • 1.5 cups finely chopped red onions
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
Instructions:
  • Combine water, bourbon, and Gravy Mix in a small bowl, stirring until fully incorporated. Set aside.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add onions and cook for 10 minutes until softened and golden brown. Stir in the gravy mixture and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  • Combine sour cream and mayonnaise in a medium bowl. Fold in the cooled onion mixture and top with green onions. Chill for at least 1 hour. Enjoy with chicken fingers or chips.
