Delicious Keto fathead bread made with almond flour, cream cheese, and cheese - versatile for sandwiches or pizza.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 0.33333334326744 cup almond flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 20-second intervals on high until fully melted.
  • Beat the egg in a bowl until smooth. Combine almond flour, baking powder, and garlic powder until fully mixed. Incorporate the mozzarella mixture into the dough until it becomes sticky, then gently fold in Cheddar cheese.
  • Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and shape it into a ball. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) and prepare a baking sheet by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  • Take the dough out of the refrigerator, unwrap it, and divide it into 4 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball, then cut each ball in half to create a top and bottom bun. Place the dough, cut-side down, on the baking sheet.
  • Simply bake in the preheated oven until perfectly golden and set, for 10 to 12 minutes.
