Phyllo shells filled with creamy citrus - a delightful, refreshing dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
  • 1/2 cup Key lime juice
  • 3 drops green food color, if desired
  • 1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 4 packages (2.1 oz each) frozen mini phyllo dough shells
  • Red grapes, if desired
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to blend condensed milk, lime juice, and food color until smooth and thick. Gently fold in the whipped topping.
  • Fill each phyllo shell generously with the lime mixture. Chill tarts until firm, for at least 1 hour but no more than 24 hours. Top with red grapes before serving.
