Deliciously tangy key lime mini pies made with fresh key limes for an easy and tasty treat, perfect for individual servings.
Ingredients:
  • 12 mini graham cracker crusts
  • 3 cups sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed Key lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons grated Key lime zest
  • 2 fresh Key limes, thinly sliced
  • 1 (7 ounce) can whipped cream topping
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and arrange the mini graham cracker crusts on a baking sheet.
  • Combine sweetened condensed milk, sour cream, Key lime juice, and Key lime zest in a bowl until creamy. Fill the graham cracker crusts to the brim with the filling.
  • - Preheat the oven and bake until hot, about 5 to 8 minutes. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Serve by garnishing each mini pie with a slice of Key lime and a dollop of whipped cream topping.
