Ingredients:
  • 1 pound kielbasa sausage
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 medium onion, cut into chunks
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 medium apple, cut into chunks
  • 0.5 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Peel skin off the kielbasa and cut into small, bite-sized pieces.
  • In a large frying pan over medium heat, sizzle kielbasa, bell pepper, onion, and garlic until veggies are tender, about 5 to 7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Combine the apple slices into the mixture before generously topping it off with a blanket of sharp Cheddar cheese. Allow the flavors to meld together perfectly by covering the pan and cooking until the cheese achieves a luscious, gooey melt, approximately 3 minutes.
