Indulge in delicious chocolate cookie pops using Betty Crocker® oatmeal cookie mix for a delightful treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut
  • 2 bars (1.4 oz each) chocolate-covered English toffee candy, chopped
  • 16 craft sticks (flat wooden sticks with round ends)
  • 3 oz semisweet baking chocolate, chopped
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Combine cookie mix, melted butter, and egg in a large bowl until a soft dough forms. Mix in pecans, coconut, and toffee until fully blended.
  • Form dough into 2-inch balls. Arrange on ungreased cookie sheets with 2-inch spacing between each ball. Gently flatten and insert a craft stick halfway into each dough ball.
  • Bake for 13 to 14 minutes until set. Allow to cool for 2 minutes, then transfer from cookie sheets to cooling racks. Let them cool completely.
  • Place the chocolate in a small microwavable bowl and microwave it uncovered on High for 30 to 60 seconds, until it softens and becomes smooth when stirred. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the cookies and allow it to set.
