Indulgent kitchen sink cookies with oats, pecans, and a mix of chocolate, vanilla, and butterscotch chips.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2.3333332538605 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup vanilla baking chips
  • 0.5 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) for a perfectly golden-brown meal.
  • In a large bowl, blend butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually stir into the butter mixture. Fold in oats, chocolate chips, vanilla chips, butterscotch chips, and pecans. Spoon tablespoonfuls of dough onto ungreased cookie sheets, keeping them 2 inches apart.
  • Place the cookie dough on the baking sheets and bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Let the cookies cool on the sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
