Indulgent kitchen sink cookies packed with butterscotch chips, dried cranberries, and more for a delightful treat in a snap.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups white sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.75 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.75 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 0.5 cup butterscotch chips
  • 0.5 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup sweetened dried cranberries (such as Ocean Spray® Craisins®)
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, cream together sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy. In a separate bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually combine the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture. Fold in pecans, butterscotch chips, chocolate chips, and cranberries.
  • Scoop rounded teaspoons of cookie dough onto a non-greased baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden brown and set.
