Wholesome fruit smoothies are a delicious morning treat for all ages.
Ingredients:
  • 3 kiwi fruit
  • 4 tablespoons organic porridge oats
  • 1 banana
  • 8 ice cubes
  • 200 ml organic milk
  • 250 g organic fat-free natural yoghurt
  • ½ cm piece fresh ginger finely grated
  • honey optional
Instructions:
  • Prepare the kiwi fruit by removing the ends, slicing off the skin in vertical strips, and blending it with the other ingredients (except honey) for 30 seconds until smooth. Pour the mixture into 4 tall glasses and add honey to sweeten, if desired. Enjoy making and drinking these smoothies with your kids!
