Spicy rib roast dazzled with curry powder basting sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 3 pounds rib roast
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup packed brown sugar
  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Prepare the rib roast by trimming excess fat, then place it on a medium baking sheet and cover tightly with foil. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
  • Combine the vegetable oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and curry powder in a medium bowl, whisking until well mixed.
  • Prepare the outdoor grill by preheating it to high heat and lightly oiling the grate.
  • Pat dry the ribs to remove excess juices and cut into 4 pieces. Grill the ribs, brushing them often with the vegetable oil mixture and flipping regularly, until they are richly glazed, which should take about 15 to 20 minutes.
