Ingredients:
  • 1kg diced lamb
  • 131.25 gm lemon juice
  • 56.88 gm olive oil
  • 28.60 gm honey
  • 40.00 ml fresh oregano leaves, roughly chopped
Instructions:
  • Place skewers in a shallow dish filled with cold water and let them soak for 30 minutes. Then, drain the skewers.
  • Prepare the marinade by thoroughly mixing all the marinade ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
  • Skewer the lamb and place it in a ceramic dish. Pour the marinade over the lamb, ensuring it is fully coated. Cover the dish and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour.
  • Preheat a sizzling barbecue plate until sizzling hot. Grill skewers, brushing with marinade, for 3 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Enjoy!
