Spiced lamb flatbread: Easy and fun Indian-inspired dish for casual summer gatherings. Enjoy hands-on assembly with guests.
Ingredients:
  • 56.00 gm tikka masala curry paste or tandoori paste
  • 4 x 200g lamb rump steaks
  • 18.40 gm sunflower oil
  • 4 naan breads, warmed
  • 2 truss tomatoes, roughly chopped
  • 1 red onion, halved, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 bunch mint, leaves picked
  • 280g yoghurt
Instructions:
  • Coat the lamb with the fragrant curry paste. Heat oil in a large frypan over medium heat, then sear the lamb for 6-7 minutes until it reaches your desired doneness. Let it rest for 3 minutes before slicing thinly.
  • Place the tender lamb on warm naan breads, sprinkle with fresh tomatoes, red onions, and mint, then generously drizzle with creamy yogurt before serving.
