Make crispy, flavorful stacks using lavash, prosciutto, and goat cheese.
Ingredients:
  • 2 bunches (about 24 stems) asparagus, woody ends trimmed, cut into thirds
  • 24 lavash breads
  • 230g goat's cheese
  • 50g snow pea sprouts
  • 8 slices prosciutto, coarsely chopped
  • Salt & freshly ground pepper
Instructions:
  • Blanch asparagus in boiling salted water for 3-4 minutes until vibrant green and al dente, then shock in cold water and drain.
  • Spread lavash generously with creamy goat's cheese and sprinkle with fresh sprouts. Divide slices of savory prosciutto and crisp asparagus evenly among lavash. Finish with a sprinkle of salt and pepper before serving.
