Satisfying low-calorie lunch option.
Ingredients:
  • 4 sheets lavash bread
  • 200g carton low-fat hummus
  • 100g baby spinach leaves, washed, dried
  • 2 ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 Lebanese cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 125g pkt salad sprouts
Instructions:
  • Lay the lavash sheets flat with the short side closest to you. Spread hummus evenly on each sheet using the back of a spoon. Place spinach leaves on 2/3 of each sheet. Add tomatoes, cucumbers, and sprouts on top. Roll tightly to seal the filling. Cut the rolls diagonally in half and plate to serve.
