Try our gourmet lunch wrap, ready in under 10 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 4 pieces lavash bread
  • 125.00 ml tomato salsa
  • 200g shaved pastrami
  • 200g low-fat ricotta (see note)
  • 80g baby spinach, trimmed
Instructions:
  • Preheat a sandwich press as per the tip provided. Lay the lavash flat on a clean surface. Evenly spread salsa, leaving a 1cm border. Layer on the pastrami.
  • Sprinkle ricotta generously over the flavorful pastrami. Add a pinch of salt and pepper for the perfect seasoning. Roll the lavash tightly to seal in the delicious filling.
  • Place the lavash, seam side down, in the sandwich press and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until it's toasted and heated through. Then, cut it in half diagonally and serve with spinach.
