Sticky sausage and fennel coleslaw lavash wraps

Create a simple and delicious outdoor picnic meal.
Ingredients:
  • 500g pork or beef chipolata sausages
  • 57.20 gm honey
  • 23.40 gm wholegrain mustard
  • 1/4 savoy cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 fennel bulb, finely shredded
  • 1 carrot, peeled, cut into matchsticks
  • 60g sour cream
  • 60g mayonnaise
  • 23.40 gm grated horseradish
  • 4 lavash wraps, halved lengthways
Instructions:
  • 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. 2. Arrange the sausages in a roasting pan and roast for 6 minutes until they start to brown, shaking the pan occasionally. 3. In a small bowl, mix honey, mustard, and garlic, then drizzle over the sausages. Toss to coat. 4. Continue baking for 10 minutes until the sausages start to caramelize. 5. Remove from the oven and let them cool before serving.
  • In a bowl, mix cabbage, fennel, and carrot. Add sour cream, mayonnaise, and horseradish, then stir well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Lay out lavash wraps. Top with sausages and coleslaw, then roll up tightly. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
