Crowd-pleasing mint chocolate fudge brownies - a delectable dessert for sharing.
Ingredients:
  • 4 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 (12-oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 4 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 18 oz. (3 cups) semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, cut into pieces
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 (6-oz.) pkg. white chocolate baking bar, cut into pieces
  • 1/8 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon Betty Crocker™ green gel food color
  • 2 tablespoons Betty Crocker™ chocolate candy sprinkles
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 15x10x1-inch baking pan by lining it with foil, making sure the foil extends over the sides. Grease the foil. In a large saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk. Cook and stir over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Bring the mixture to a full boil, stirring constantly. Allow it to boil for 5 minutes over medium heat without stirring.
  • Take the mixture off the heat, then add marshmallows and stir continuously until it becomes smooth. Transfer 2 cups of the mixture to a medium saucepan and set it aside.
  • Combine chocolate chips, unsweetened chocolate, and vanilla in a large saucepan. Stir until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth. Spread the mixture quickly in a greased foil-lined pan.
  • Combine white chocolate, peppermint extract, and green icing color with the reserved mixture in a saucepan; stir until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth. Pour the mixture evenly over the fudge in the pan, spreading it gently to cover. Sprinkle chocolate sprinkles on top. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours or until firm. Lift the fudge out of the pan using the foil and cut into squares.
