Lemon and caper sauce

Pair this fragrant sauce with crispy pan-seared fish or juicy chicken.
Ingredients:
  • 60g butter, chopped
  • 20.00 ml baby capers, rinsed, chopped
  • 65.63 gm lemon juice
  • 20.00 ml chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
Instructions:
  • In a frying pan over medium heat, melt the butter until foamy, then add the capers. Stir and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until the butter begins to lightly brown.
  • Squeeze in fresh lemon juice. Cook and stir for 1 minute until fragrant. Take off the heat, then mix in fresh parsley and season generously with black pepper.
