Lemon and Thyme Grilled Tuna

Savor a succulent grilled tuna marinated in zesty lemon and fragrant thyme.
Ingredients:
  • 4 (6-oz.) yellow fin tuna steaks (1/2 inch thick)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
Instructions:
  • Place the tuna steaks in a sealed plastic bag along with all the other ingredients. Shake well to mix everything together. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the grill. Put the tuna on the grill over medium heat, discarding the marinade. Grill for 6 to 7 minutes until the fish is firm but slightly pink inside and easily flakes with a fork, flipping it once.
