Ingredients:
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
Instructions:
  • Allow all ingredients to reach room temperature.
  • In a bowl, blend cream cheese, whipped topping, and sour cream with an electric mixer until creamy. Stir in lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until combined. Add confectioners' sugar and mix until smooth.
  • Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
