Deliciously creamy lemon pie bars.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cup canola oil
  • 0.66666668653488 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 0.5 cup lemon juice
  • 0.33333334326744 cup white sugar
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • 0.25 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Mix together the flour, oil, and sugar until well combined, then press the mixture into a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until the edges turn golden. Then, allow to cool on a wire rack.
  • In a bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, eggs, lemon juice, sugar, lemon zest, and baking powder until smooth. Spread the mixture over the cooled crust.
  • Bake in the oven until the filling is firm, for about 13 to 17 minutes. Then, allow it to cool on a wire rack.
  • Chill for a minimum of 2 hours before slicing into 24 delicious bars.
