Try this speedy, tasty grilled salmon recipe for a family favorite seafood meal in minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup olive oil
  • 0.25 cup lemon juice
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 0.125 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.125 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 pounds salmon fillets
Instructions:
  • Mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, green onions, parsley, rosemary, thyme, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder in a small bowl, setting aside 1/4 cup for basting later.
  • Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and generously coat them with the delicious marinade. Seal with a cover and let them chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to enhance the flavor.
  • Heat the grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
  • Take the fillets out of the fridge and discard the marinade. Place the fillets skin-side down on the grill. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, basting occasionally with the reserved marinade, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
