Tangy lemon pasta sauce with butter, beef broth, cream, lemon juice, and lime zest tossed with hot noodles.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon grated lime zest
  • 10 ounces uncooked pasta
Instructions:
  • In a large saucepan or skillet, mix together broth, cream, and butter. Simmer over medium heat until reduced by half. Add lemon juice, lemon zest, and lime zest. Set aside the sauce.
  • Bring generously salted water in a large pot to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until al dente; then drain.
  • Toss pasta in sauce until fully coated.
