Zesty lemon herb Dijon sauce enhances pasta.
Ingredients:
  • 320g dried farfalle pasta
  • 125.00 ml chopped fresh dill
  • 40.00 ml chopped fresh continental parsley
  • 36.40 gm olive oil
  • 52.50 gm fresh lemon juice
  • 17.70 gm Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp finely grated lemon rind
  • 150g hot-smoked salmon fillet, skin removed, flaked
Instructions:
  • Boil pasta in salted water until al dente as per package directions. Drain and place back in the pan.
  • In a jug, blend together dill, parsley, oil, lemon juice, mustard, and lemon rind.
  • Drizzle the flavorful dill mixture over the pasta, gently mix together. Season with salt and pepper to your liking. Add the succulent salmon, mix well. Serve the dish in individual bowls.
