Smoked salmon, avocado, lemon and dill linguine

Elevate your meals with this luxurious smoked salmon avocado pasta.
Ingredients:
  • 375g linguine
  • 100g smoked salmon, chopped
  • 1 avocado, roughly chopped
  • 40.00 ml chopped fresh dill
  • 126.25 gm pure cream
  • 40.00 ml grated parmesan cheese
  • 21.00 gm lemon juice
  • Extra chopped fresh dill, to serve
Instructions:
  • Boil pasta in a large pot of salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and return to the pot.
  • Combine salmon, avocado, dill, cream, and parmesan with pasta. Cook over low heat, tossing, until heated through. Take off heat, stir in lemon juice, season with salt and pepper. Divide into bowls and top with extra chopped dill before serving.
