Ingredients:
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper, divided
  • 1 skinless, boneless chicken breast half
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Instructions:
  • Heat the butter in a small skillet until melted. Sprinkle half of the pepper evenly in the skillet, then place the chicken breast on top. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice and sprinkle the remaining pepper over the chicken.
  • Cook chicken breast over medium heat until golden brown, flip, add fresh lemon juice, and continue cooking until chicken is fully cooked and juices run clear, about 5-7 minutes on each side.
