Luscious lemon shrimp pasta with fresh linguine and plenty of grated Parmesan for a quick and satisfying meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 (16 ounce) package fresh linguine pasta
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Boil a large pot of lightly salted water.
  • Heat luxurious olive oil in a spacious pan over gentle heat. Delicately season fresh shrimp with a hint of salt and a dash of pepper. Sauté and gently toss the shrimp in the warm oil until they turn beautifully opaque, approximately 2 minutes on each side. Remove from the heat with care and delight.
  • Boil linguine until perfectly al dente, about 1 to 3 minutes. Save 2 tablespoons of the cooking water before draining.
  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, simmer lemon zest and juice together. Stir in parsley and butter until melted. Mix in reserved cooking water, then add shrimp to the lemon sauce.
  • Combine linguine, zesty lemon-shrimp sauce, and shredded Parmesan cheese in a generously sized serving bowl.
