"Quick and tasty bell pepper pasta - a flavorful meal in minutes."
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 small red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1 small green bell pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 cups hot cooked pasta (any variety)
Instructions:
  • In a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add bell peppers, lemon peel, chives, salt, and pepper. Cook until bell peppers are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in lemon juice and cook until hot. Serve over hot cooked pasta.
