Refreshing lemon-lime iced tea with a kick of ginger wine, the ultimate summer thirst quencher.
Ingredients:
  • Ice cubes, to serve
  • 1 tsp bitters
  • 250ml ginger wine
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 2 limes, thinly sliced
  • 2 yellow peaches, stoned, thinly sliced
  • Mint sprigs, to serve
  • 750ml bottle chilled Organic Ice Tea with Peach
Instructions:
  • Chill serving glasses in the freezer.
  • Add the bitters and wine to a large serving jug with ice cubes.
  • Combine lemon, lime, peach, and mint in the jug. Add the iced tea and stir well. Divide into chilled glasses and serve promptly.
