Elevate sparkling iced tea with Red Seal Lemon & Lime tea bags for a refreshing burst of flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 5 Red Seal Lemon & Lime Hot Or Cold Brew tea bags
  • 125.00 ml pomegranate seeds
  • 500.00 ml mint leaves
  • 4 limes
  • 2 lemons
  • 2 Lebanese cucumbers, peeled into ribbons
  • 1 1/4L sparkling mineral water, chilled
Instructions:
  • In a medium jug, steep 2 tea bags in 2 cups (500ml) of hot or cold water for 5 minutes. Remove and discard the tea bags before serving.
  • Distribute half of the mint and the pomegranate seeds evenly into a 16-hole ice cube tray. Pour the tea over the ingredients. Freeze for 10 hours or until solid.
  • In a large jug, add the remaining tea bags and pour in 3 cups (750ml) of cold water. Set aside for 5 minutes to infuse. Juice 2 limes and 1 lemon, then add the citrus juice to the jug. Stir to combine, and finally, remove and discard the tea bags.
  • Slice the limes and lemon thinly. Distribute the lime slices, lemon slices, cucumber, ice cubes, and tea mixture evenly among the glasses. Finish by adding mineral water and a sprinkle of mint before serving.
