Pomegranate Cocktails

Festive holiday vibes with zesty pomegranate and citrus combo!
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup Simple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
  • 2 tablespoons orange-flavored liqueur
  • 2 tablespoons tequila
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • Lime slices or curls
  • Lemon slices or curls
  • Pomegranate seeds
Instructions:
  • In a 1-quart saucepan, gently heat sugar and water over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture boils and sugar dissolves, around 3 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Add 1/4 cup of cooled Simple Syrup and all the remaining Cocktail ingredients. Cover and shake vigorously until well mixed and chilled. Strain into 2 chilled glasses and garnish with lime slices, lemon slices, and pomegranate seeds.
