Elevate your cocktails with this delectable Pomegranate Raspberry syrup.
Ingredients:
  • 250.00 ml pomegranate juice
  • 250.00 ml frozen raspberries
  • 268.75 gm caster sugar
  • 1/2 vanilla bean, split
Instructions:
  • Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over gentle heat. Stir occasionally for about 5 minutes until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  • Turn the heat up to high until boiling, then lower to medium-low and let it simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until slightly thickened. Allow it to cool.
  • Pour the mixture through a fine sieve into a bottle or jug, discarding any solids. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes until cold.
