Lemon, lime and ginger iced tea fizz

Refreshing fruit and herb-infused iced tea.
Ingredients:
  • 2 lemon and ginger herbal infusion tea bags
  • 1 ceylon tea bag
  • 500.00 gm boiling water
  • 24.00 gm brown sugar
  • 500.00 ml soda water, chilled
  • 2 x 300ml bottles dry ginger ale, chilled
  • 1 stick lemongrass, trimmed, halved
  • 2 limes, sliced
  • 40.00 ml torn fresh mint leaves
  • 500.00 ml ice cubes, crushed
Instructions:
  • In a heatproof jug, steep tea bags in boiling water for 5 minutes to develop flavors. Remove tea bags, stir in sugar, and chill until completely cooled.
  • Pour the brewed tea into a spacious serving jug. Combine with soda water, ginger ale, lemongrass, lime, and mint leaves. Gently stir the mixture. Finish by topping with crushed ice and serve.
