Elevate salmon with zesty lemon, lime, and ginger glaze.
Ingredients:
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 165.00 gm Buderim Ginger Marmalade
  • 65.63 gm lime juice
  • 32.00 gm brown sugar
  • 21.00 gm soy sauce
  • 2 makrut lime leaves, finely shredded
  • 1 lemongrass stem, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp dried chilli flakes
  • 40.00 ml fresh coriander, chopped
Instructions:
  • Prepare the glaze by combining Buderim Ginger Marmalade, lime juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, shredded makrut lime leaves, lemongrass, and dried chilli flakes in a saucepan over low heat until the marmalade dissolves. Increase heat and simmer until thickened. Finish by stirring in fresh coriander.
  • Preheat your barbecue grill or flat plate to medium-high. Grill the 4 salmon fillets for 2 minutes on each side, or until nearly done. Lower the heat to medium, brush with glaze, and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes per side, until the salmon is glossy and charred.
