Pan-seared orange roughy with a zesty lemon and orange juice sauce - a delightful dish for this delicate white fish.
Ingredients:
  • 4 (4 ounce) fillets orange roughy
  • 1 orange, juiced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 0.5 teaspoon lemon pepper
Instructions:
  • Warm up oil in a generously sized skillet over medium-high heat.
  • In hot oil, sear fillets, drizzle with orange and lemon juice, and sprinkle with lemon pepper. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until fish easily flakes with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of at least 145°F (63°C).
