Whip up these fluffy peanut butter pancakes for a sweet breakfast or brunch in no time.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1.25 cups milk
  • 0.33333334326744 cup peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions:
  • Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt by sifting them together in a bowl.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the milk, peanut butter, egg, and oil until well combined. Gently fold in the flour mixture until the batter is evenly mixed.
  • Preheat a lightly oiled griddle over medium heat. Spoon batter onto the griddle and cook until bubbles appear and edges are dry, around 2 minutes. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown, for 2 to 3 minutes. Continue with the rest of the batter.
