Delightful fruit and pasta salad with zesty sour cream dressing, served in crisp lettuce cups.
Ingredients:
  • 1 3/4 cups uncooked small pasta shells (7 oz)
  • 1 1/2 cups seedless green grapes
  • 1 1/2 cups cantaloupe cubes
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups halved fresh strawberries
  • Lettuce leaves, if desired
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons frozen (thawed) limeade concentrate
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  • Prepare the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool, then drain well.
  • Combine the grapes, cantaloupe, and bananas in a large bowl. In a separate small bowl, thoroughly mix together the dressing ingredients until well blended.
  • Delicately fold the chilled pasta and dressing into the salad. Add strawberries and gently combine. Serve in lettuce-lined cups.
