Indulge in a refreshing lime and coconut caipirinha, the perfect Brazilian cocktail. Easy to whip up for a delightful sip!
Ingredients:
  • 45.00 gm brown sugar
  • 40.00 ml fresh mint leaves, torn
  • 6 limes, cut into wedges
  • 250.00 ml coconut flavoured white rum
  • 625.00 ml chilled soda water
  • Crushed ice, to serve
  • Fresh mint sprigs, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a 1.5-liter jug, combine sugar, mint, and half of the lime wedges. Crush the mixture using the end of a wooden spoon or rolling pin until the mint and lime are crushed and the sugar has dissolved.
  • Pour the rum and soda water into a jug and mix thoroughly.
  • Distribute ice and extra lime wedges evenly among glasses. Pour in the rum mixture and garnish with fresh mint sprigs before serving.
