Whip up these classic lobster rolls in just 10 minutes with creamy mayo, zesty seafood seasoning, and fragrant tarragon.
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb cooked lobster meat or 2 packages (8 oz each) refrigerated imitation lobster chunks, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon seafood seasoning (from 6-oz container)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened
  • 4 hot dog buns, split
  • 4 leaves Bibb or butter lettuce
Instructions:
  • Combine lobster, mayonnaise, seafood seasoning, tarragon, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl, mixing gently until well incorporated. Keep aside for later use.
  • Preheat a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Spread butter on the cut sides of the buns and place them cut sides down in the skillet. Toast for about 2 minutes until golden brown.
  • On individual plates, assemble buns with crisp lettuce and flavorful lobster mixture. Serve promptly for the best dining experience.
