Delicious lobster roll with sweet chunks of lobster, celery, and green onions in spicy mayo, served in buttered rolls.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened
  • 4 hot dog buns or kaiser rolls, split
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 dash hot pepper sauce (e.g. Tabasco™)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
  • 1.5 pounds cooked and cubed lobster meat
  • 1 pinch dried basil, parsley or tarragon
Instructions:
  • Brush buns gently with butter and layer with fresh lettuce leaves. Set aside for later.
  • Combine mayonnaise, lime juice, hot pepper sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl until fully incorporated. Add green onions and celery, followed by gently folding in the lobster until evenly coated.
  • Fill buns with lobster mixture and top with a sprinkle of basil, parsley, or tarragon for added flavor.
