Buttery thyme linguine with roasted red pepper sauce: irresistibly delicious.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package uncooked linguine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.75 cup butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
  • 5 roasted red peppers, drained and coarsely chopped
Instructions:
  • Cook linguine in a pot of salted boiling water until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add garlic and cook until golden brown. Mix in the rest of the butter, thyme, and roasted red peppers. Keep stirring and cooking until heated through. Serve over the cooked pasta.
