Ingredients:
  • 225.00 gm self-raising flour
  • 90.00 gm brown sugar
  • 1 heaped tsp ground cinnamon
  • 193.13 gm low-fat milk
  • 1 egg
  • 375.00 ml apple, diced
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200C, then grease the muffin pan lightly with oil.
  • In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg and milk.
  • Gently combine the milk and egg mixture with the dry ingredients, and then delicately fold in the apple.
  • Fill the muffin pans almost to the brim.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a clean skewer inserted comes out clean.
