Savory Cheddar meatloaf made with ground beef and turkey - a low-carb delight.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • cooking spray
  • 1.5 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously coat a loaf dish with cooking spray.
  • Thoroughly combine ground beef, ground turkey, eggs, Cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and cover.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 1 hour until the center is no longer pink. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F (70 degrees C) when checked with an instant-read thermometer.
