Succulent turkey and beef meatloaf with a bounty of veggies, bursting with savory goodness - a surefire hit for your loved ones!
Ingredients:
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 2 pounds lean ground turkey
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 2 cups chopped fresh spinach
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 3 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 3 drops ketchup
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a perfect 375°F (190°C).
  • Combine turkey, beef, onion, carrot, spinach, egg, taco seasoning, garlic, pepper, and ketchup in a large bowl. Mix everything thoroughly using your hands. Shape the mixture into three loaves of equal size and arrange them in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Roast in the oven until fully cooked, approximately 1 1/2 hours, ensuring the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 160 degrees F (70 degrees C) when checked with an instant-read thermometer.
