Whip up these delicious keto cream cheese pancakes with only 4 simple ingredients: cream cheese, eggs, cinnamon, and sugar substitute.
Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet stevia
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • In a blender, mix together eggs, cream cheese, stevia, and cinnamon until smooth. Allow the batter to rest until bubbles disappear, approximately 2 minutes.
  • Heat a spacious nonstick skillet over medium heat while you wait.
  • Pour a quarter of the batter onto the sizzling skillet. Cook until beautifully golden brown for approximately 2 minutes. Flip and continue cooking until the other side is golden brown, about 1 more minute. Transfer to a plate and repeat with the rest of the batter for more delicious pancakes.
