Ingredients:
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 0.5 cup whipped cream cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt (such as LAWRY'S®), or to taste
Instructions:
  • 1. Boil generously salted water in a large pot. Add cauliflower and cook until tender, about 6 minutes. Drain and pat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  • Combine cauliflower, cream cheese, garlic, and seasoned salt in a food processor and blend until creamy.
