Enhance these grilled steak tips with a tasty, sugar-free BBQ sauce and salad dressing marinade for bold flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup Italian-style salad dressing
  • 0.5 cup sugar-free barbeque sauce
  • 0.25 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2.5 pounds Beef, top sirloin, separable lean only, trimmed to 1/4" fat, all grades, raw
Instructions:
  • Combine salad dressing, BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and pepper in a medium ceramic or glass bowl, or gallon-sized zip-top bag. Add the steak tips and mix well to coat. Cover or seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
  • Heat up the outdoor grill on high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  • Grill the steak tips until they are juicy, firm, and slightly pink in the center, approximately 5 minutes on each side.
