Imagine a refreshing cocktail under the moonlit sky... pure bliss!
Ingredients:
  • 500.00 ml ice cubes, crushed
  • 185g (1 cup) canned lychees, drained reserving syrup, halved
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) reserved lychee syrup
  • 50ml Galliano Vanilla liqueur
  • 30ml Cointreau liqueur
  • 30ml vanilla vodka
  • 62.50 ml fresh mint leaves
  • 180ml (3/4 cup) pineapple juice, chilled
  • Fresh mint leaves, extra, to serve
Instructions:
  • Split the ice evenly between two 450ml glasses. Next, gently place the lychees into the glasses and pour the syrup. After that, gracefully pour in the Galliano, Cointreau, and vodka. Sprinkle in the mint leaves and stir gently to blend the flavors. Finish by topping it off with pineapple juice and a sprig of fresh mint.
