Lychee, pineapple & papaya juice

Delicious Asian-inspired poolside drink.
Ingredients:
  • 2 x 565g cans lychees, undrained
  • 1 x 400g pkt sliced pineapple, quartered, cored, roughly chopped
  • 1 (about 1.3kg) papaya, halved, deseeded, peeled, chopped
  • 500ml (2 cups) pineapple juice
Instructions:
  • Combine half of the lychees, pineapple, papaya, and pineapple juice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a large jug. Repeat this process with the rest of the ingredients. Chill in the fridge for 3 hours.
