"Cheesy mac and cheese cups topped with pepperoni pizza flavors - a fun twist on dinner favorites! Pair with a green salad and fresh fruit for a complete meal."
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 box (6.6 oz) Hamburger Helper™ cheeseburger macaroni pasta and cheesy sauce mix
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (2 oz)
  • 60 mini pepperoni slices (from 5-oz package)
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 425°F and prepare a regular-size muffin pan by lining it with Reynolds™ Baking Cups and spraying them with cooking spray.
  • In a large skillet, dissolve the sauce mix (from Hamburger Helper box) in hot water, then add milk and uncooked pasta (from Hamburger Helper box). Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for 10 to 12 minutes until pasta is tender and sauce thickens. Remove from heat and stir in Cheddar cheese.
  • Evenly distribute pasta mixture into muffin cups. Top each with 2 teaspoons pizza sauce and 2 teaspoons mozzarella cheese, and finish by adding 5 slices of pepperoni on each.
  • Bake until cheese is gooey and mixture is piping hot, about 9 to 11 minutes. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before enjoying.
